1. Candidate ID
   
   If you know the candidate ID ( it should be an 8 digit number ) , just type it and hit search . His biodata will come up for your review & download. You can also send email to him
   
2. College ID
   
   If you know the college ID ( it should be an 8 digit number ) , just type it and hit search . All biodatas fro this college will come up for your review & download. You can also send email to the candidates.
   
   In effect this creates a private website for the college.
   
   You can now use the powerful selection features on our website to further shortlist & analyse the candidates from the college. E.g. you could select mechanical engineers, who have at least 60% marks, who want to work in the IT sector and, who live in Maharashtra.
   
3. Qualification , specialization , % & CGPA
   
   You can search on these parameters. You can select a qualification from the drop-down box. A context-sensitive specialization box can be used to further refine your search. You can also select minimum percentage or CGPA to choose candidates with marks/grades higher than this minimum.
   
   This is repeated 3 times so that you can choose candidates with a desired combination of qualifications. E.g you may want engineer-MBAs or CAs with a CS qualification etc.
   
4. Experience - You can select minimum & maximum experience.
   
   Just to clarify - If you are selecting “freshers” or “final year”, make sure you select “freshers” or “final year” in both min and max experience.
   
5. Age – you can select min & max age
   
6. Job type
   
   This lets you select between basic types of jobs.
   
7. Job Industry & sub-type
   
   You can select the job industry your job most closely falls in . A context-sensitive job industry sub-type then helps you narrow down your search further.
   
8. Job Location
   
   You can specify job location(s) by specifying a mix of states & cities. You can select as many as you wish . You can select cities which are not part of the states selected. This helps you select candidates who are fully mobile as well as candidates who are willing to work in those areas.
   
9. Candidate Location
   
   If you want candidates coming from a particular location only , you can specify that too , using the same logic as in the location of job
   
10. Pincode search
    
    You can search for candidates in the particular pincode or group of pincodes
